Our forth exhibition ARCHIPEL I INVERNO opens this Sunday December 10.

Platform 6a in Otegem was in the post war period a carpet manufacturing firm and became later the renowned Deweer Gallery. Today the former factory houses 1200m2 warehouse space dedicated to contemporary art exhibition and art storage for museums and private collectors.

The Deweer gallery produced tapestries with numerous international artists. From their collection Platform Archipel has selected tapestries by Ilya & Emilia Kabakov, Stefaan Dheedene, Tony Cragg, and Günter Förg to exhibit in dialogue with leading contemporary artists rethinking textile as a medium, represented by Barbé, Fred&Ferry and Waldburger Wouters.
